I’m current user of airtel since 1st of jan i’m facing an network problem due to this i’m unable to use my data or some time call drop issue so i complaint to airtel but the told me that my problem has been solve in 4 hrs .but problem still same.so call to customer care ask who is responsible problem i faced due to airtel and ask to refund my recharge bcoz i’m unavle to use services so he told me that if there is technical issue in network airtel is not responsible for any thing.
in short if user is not able to use service due to technical issue from airtel .then airtel can’t do any thing in it and all the loss or problem has to be bear by user.
airtel do fraud with there customer i scan networks in my locality on every band ant i got only 2G network so how their app”open network” show that there is an excellent network in my area. airtel open network app not show live statistics it gives false information about network .
so i want refund of my recharge
