Hi sir,
Today On July 21 from morning 9:15 am Airtel network has gone and showing no service. After tried of all possible repairs i have called to customer care at 10 : 15 from alternative number. Executive was telling it’s might happened damage to your sim need to replace. I have said even my roommate 2 people facing same issue. Still he was arguing that it might damage for them also.. i have said sir is there any resolution for this from your said. But he was refusing and telling repeatedly like it’s damage happened.. opposed to do proper check also. If executive will not ready to check about queries means what is use of calling customer care. It’s insult , dissappropriate behaviour please take necessary action regards executive responding way..
