Hi,
My name is Jyoti and mobile no is-7303488263, and i m facing the net and call drop issue in my phone. I call your customer care department and talk with kunal, he telling me i m using the 3G phone so i can’t get the service i have to update my phone to 4G. but my question is this way i m changing my phone if i not required you have to give the services to me which ever phone or seeped i need to use, either you have to give the speed what ever we use or give the recharges plan of 2g, 3g or 4g what ever we take it, that was client choice not a provider what kind of hand set and service we use it.
I hope you give a best solution to me ASAP, and not to telling the same thing i have to change my mobile for your best services because i m not interested to increase mobile industry sale right know, I m very happy with my sell phone, so i need same services which i get before and that was your duty to provide the same service to your user. because you said that you are the No 1 in your service.
