I’m facing an network issue since last 8 months I had raise a complaint against network issue still nothing happened I would like to inform that I’m platinum customer of Airtel. Neither I’m using proper net or not getting any calls also while I’m on call voice gets crack after a second.
The most dirty network is that you are making the customer go crazy, you are not able to provide service, now why your service is no longer right and your brand ambassador is a liar that there is a network everywhere but there is a problem in Having trouble for 8 months, but no one is giving me any redressal on it. Having trouble for 8 months, but no one is giving me redressal on this lockdwon, I was a work from home because of my job, I did a lot of complaining but I was not given any redressal from you. Your network has become very bad. You and you claim that no good network from us is a lie to anyone and all of you also say that there are no wrangles anymore. Everything is a lie.
