hi,

i am owning three postpaid numbers from Airtel.. The issue is I haven’t used 4g mobile data when I m in my home town. Everytime I need to speak with my parents they should come outside the house stand in the road to have a proper un interuppted communication.  This particular issue I have reported multiple times to the customer care right from 2015 .. But there is no proper solution at all till now …

i would say their service and response is one of the most worst irritating and stupid one ever ..

Pls don’t go for Airtel who are there in the remote areas …
