Actually my airtel post paid network issue in last 2months. Every time I restarting and selecting the network still iam facing problem. 15th I request complaint regarding network issue they saying next 10 days my engineer will contact you . it’s means next 10 days u not going to charge payment ?
As of now no bady don’t contact me for resolve the issue 20days over.
And thay generate the bill call center people call me and asking bill payment. I inform to resolve the net work issue then I’ll pay the payment.
But now they stop the my services and asking fist pay the bill then I’ll active the services.
Like this u r services very very poor support.
Nodudy didn’t contacting me.
But I’m getting for day message for pay the outstanding bill.
