hi, i am facing network issue form last 3 to 4 months and i have complaint regarding the same 2 months before. i have raised this issue on tweeter and everytime airtel said that they are working on this but i have just paid teh bills and they are not doing anything when i asked them to take time but after rebate my bill they are just making COVID excuse that that due to covid we are taking time. i want to ask if there is covid situation why i am paying full bill to them .
Some kajal from social networking who doesnt have employee id of airtel said it will take time but neither they are giving me any TAT nor they are rebating my bill .
i want to ask why should i pay
