I am platinum postpaid user. Another 3 connections in my family also use airtel postpaid. But at my house, the signal is so bad that i dont even receive OTPs inside my home. Even i am outdoors where signal strength is better, i still cant get good internet connection and good voice quality calls.
i raised numerous SRs in airtel. I even reached out to them on twitter, every time they say something and ask me to wait for issue to resolve. But the issue never resolved. All the 4 connections at my home are facing this issue.
Its not that i am staying at a remote place, the airtel website says excellent coverage at my place still issue is coming.
