Sub: Issue regarding network

Dear sir,
With due respect, I want to state you that I have been using Airtel since 2015. As I mostly lives in village, so it is almost valueless to use 4g or 3g network of Airtel in my area… I am really disappointed by the services provided… The speed always remain as 0-5kb/s..

So , I request you to improve the network quality.. Provide the speed to atleast 1mb/s..
