I ama post paid customer of Airtel since 2002 and having six post paid connections in my name. But for the last three to four years I am facing a serious Network problem at my residence and had lodged so many complaints but either the complaints are closed at their own end or nobody visited my residence to resolve the issue. This shows that Airtel company is not paying any heed to the customer. That is why I knocked your door so that my grievance may be resolved.
