Hello,
I had applied for airtel broadband on 17 july 2020 and had made the payment when told that 1st month should be paid in advance.
After 20 to 25 days the installation for broadand was done on 6th aug 2020.
But till now i havent receved the bill/invoice which i need to submit in my office.
After taking so many followups with the person who filled my form, is giving the same reply stating “in one or two days” u will receive the bill.
The network is also so poor that the signal keeps on breaking.
I tried calling the customer care but no use, i cannot connect my tv also with wifi.
Request you to help me, i am frustrated with these issues.
