Dear sir,
In our area I’m not getting network properly, if it’s showing 4g also I’m not getting even some time I can’t send one text in what’s app also, in Airtel app it as one option network Diagnostic but in that it’s showing everything is fine but I’m not able to use my data, many times I called up to customer care but their tell within 24 our we will get back to you, it’s our an week and also some times I’m not able to call,
In their advertisement their telling every where we have good connection but their cheating the people. Many times I called but no response from their end.
