hi, i am from Kuturu village of kunavaram mandal, East Godavari Dist of Andhra Pradesh – 507121, we have only network here in my village is airtel, our all villagers do recharges like all other customers(who will get 4g speed at same recharge) but we are getting only 2G speed. what is wrong with us, i requested airtel custome care so many times through call, email and with open network. but so far there is no response from airtel. Airtel is not giving any dicounts for 2G customers, but why we are not able to use 4G speed. whole world, India using 4G speed and running towards 5G. but why my village is still at 2G. please sir, understand our problem. we have hospital here, school and panchayath office etc. if we need to call in case of emergency, like any accident, snake byte or any serious problem.. we need to run some signal point which located at high land or to climb a water tank(which is risky).. please boost up signal strength in our area. thnq
