I am using the Airtel network and I have been using it since 10-12 years now. But now as the number of airtel subscribers are increasing day by day, I think this corporate is getting casual about their customer needs.

I am facing the network issues since past few months and now I am losing my patient to handle it anymore.. I am fed up with the type of network this company is providing which says “4G” but which is actually not worth as “2G” I kindly request you to kindly look into the matter and find a way out for it or else ask them to stop claiming themself the “India’s largest network and all that stuff”

And also I am unable to reach out to their customer care executive even after trying all the respective contact numbers provided by them to reach out to them.

Request you to look into this matter at the earliest.

Please do the needful.
