From few months I’m getting the service of Edge (E) in my Airtel Network. I’ve register the complaint on Airtel on 26th of May’20 and from the date I’ve complained I’ve called them several times for the solution but as usual they say give us some time will we solve your issue as our technical team is working on it but till now there is no solution provided and between these days they have closed my case twice. I called them then they your case has been solved and closed. Without any information or solution they closed my case. Airtel series is getting worst day by day. I need the solution on this ASAP.
