Text of Complaint by Kashish Hora:

It has been only a month since i started airtel.But now after one month i am thinking of porting my no.to another company due to the worst even network which airtel is providing me with.I have opted for the 4G plan but yet it shows me the ‘E’ sign 3/4th of the day nd 4G network is provided next to nothing.During this lockdown, i am also attending classes in zoom app and 70% of the classes i have attended using the wifi and the remaining with your airtel in which i heard half of whatever was taught.This big explanation i write to you to let you that i am very frustrated with your service and will surely not continue on your network if i dont get good results from now on.
