Dear Airtel, I have been experiencing serious network issues at my home, previously when i switched to Airtel i was Happy with the network coverage but after 2-3 months the network coverage was reduced to 50% of the reception. I enquired and got to know by local retailer that the Airtel tower maintenance guys did something to the tower since then reception has reduced, that still manageable then but recently the reception vanished totally. My Airtel number is 9090644208(previously idea, Odisha, Sundargarh, birmitrapur region). The customer care is out of service and there is no one to reply to my email. I have been recharging regularly all of money is going to be wasted. Airtel never gives the 100% of 2 GB daily or day. There is no one to talk neither the local customer service is open. As Airtel promises and challenges every other other network providers as open challenge, it is just of league.
