Dear Sir,
I am using idea connection more than 3 years & new shifted to my home .But idea don’t have coverage over there since lodged complaint with customer care as well from last 6 month as per their commitment 3-4 days resolution time also agreed issue concern.
Still they are closing issue without confirmation.
But there is no discounted bill since service which bad & same service providing in their prepaid plan i.e Rs.179.00 & my bill amount around 370/- which is double.
