I am facing problem with Airtel network in form of call not connecting, incoming not receiving and frequent call drop with call failure message. The quality of voice is not good.
when I gave complaint to customer care they assured to correct it but not action taken. On next call they asked me to change the setting and change SIM/ Phone as it can be cause of problem(I had recently changed my sim and I am using recently bought IPhone). I request to look on to their side but they are not willing to do so.
