i have complained many times to jio care 198 and via emails. but they have a same reason form 4 to 5 months that we will provide u network soon. I have lost my 2 recharge of 399 without use it.
i am getting speed 1 to 2 kbps and less then it.
even i could not open browser.
i have complained a lot.
even i call to 198 they say that we are not getting your voice proper.
tell me if i cant speak to customer care then was the worst network it is.
