Text of Complaint by Chandni Bhojwani:

I have been using jio since more then a year. I have never faced a network  problem before. Now its getting worst I am facing a problem from Month of july and every time when i call Jio customer care the operators say till will take 90-120 days to resolve this issue. The recharge on my jio number expried on 11.10.2018. And i haven’t recharged because i am not saticsati with their service. But somewhere i forgot my jio number is registered everywhere. And once the recharge expires there is no network its equivalent to use term block. I wanted to make a bank transactions and II can’t access without OTP which is supposed to be delivered on my Jio number. So i quickly made a rechagre of ₹50. And even then there No network. I tried restarting my phone still no network status ‘Emergency calls on Only’. I again called up customer care from my sister’s jio number. And Again got the same reply that it will take 90-120 days to resolve the problem.  And its not only me who’s facing the same problem its almost everyone In my area who’s facing the same problem. It’s so irritating everytime when you have to make a phone call you have go outside your residence restart your phone and then make a call.

8668927787 is the number my facing the problem and also i have a complaint registered at jio customer care centre through the same number.
