Every month i face such network issue where i cannot make calls or use internet due to such worst network. stayin in one of the well known area BANER,PUNE 411045. Every operator works great here but jio is always having some excuse. Disgusting service by customer care they provided me a service request and later said they are working to make network connectivity better. When asked to customer care when this issue will be resolved they have no answer. When i ask them that from 20 march 2019 this issue is being faced and its been 5 days who will compensate for my data pack loss of everyday which is 2gb/ day they have no answer. if asked will u increase my validity of internet package as am suffering this issue since 5days and will suffer for more days they have no answer. Funniest part is everyone here (friends staying nearby or relatives) is having range when they go on terrace the moment we are in home there is no range, they have no answer to resolve this issue.
