Sir/Madam,
I, Nurselim Shah, am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Jio network services (Mobile No: 9593630358) in my area for the last three months. The internet speed has been incredibly slow, making it impossible to access basic apps or stream videos.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Jio Customer Care, I have received no human response. The automated IVR system cuts the call every time without resolving the issue. It is disheartening that despite being a loyal user, I have not received a single follow-up call or clarification from the company.
While 5G is unavailable here, even the 4G network is barely functional. I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution.
