Greetings All,
I have recently switched my number from Jio to Airtel after switching Airtel SIM had an issue and no network.
Due to work I have travelled to Canada, and I reached Airtel customer service.
They informed need to take new SIM and activate in India and take it Canada.
So, as per there suggestion I have sent a mail to Airtel with all necessary documents (Aadhar, passport, visa and SIM number) to get new SIM to authorized person, but I received a return mail as email id not registered.
Then again I have contacted Airtel customer service they have taken request for update email id and informed in 24 Hrs it will reflect, but it has been done and keep on calling customer service with charges they inform in 4 he’s it will get updated but my bad it’s not happening.
Due to this issue I am unable to get OTP to login to office network from 7 days I informed Airtel customer service on my concerns but they won’t consider my concerns.
I asked them to provide port out code to switch to other network, if they are not able solve issue, but they rejected it.
Can you please take this as complaint against to Airtel and needful.
