Respected Consumer Forum, I beg to say that my broadband is not working since 25 July 2023. We called up Airtel Customer Care so many times and everytime I get the same response – “Our technician will contact you and visit to your site” but there is no solution of my problem I am facing trouble as and most of the work is done online, and for that, I need a proper internet connection. My Ticket No is 10218005956 of 25 July 2023. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority. Thanks.
