i am using airtel from many years and till now i had no complaint. around 3 weeks ago suddenly my sim network switched to 2G. since then i am trying to register operator as airtel 4G in my phone but it is continuously showing operator not available.
i have raised complaint in airtel app 2 times. i am calling on airtel customer care numbers continuously from that day and getting no solution. please help!! i need to use internet on my phone and its not working on 2G please help me select 4g.
