Dear Mam/Sir
I sunil ra/ archana rai, buy mobile on flipkart on dated 15 of jan 2023.
1- infinix note 12(OD427057765851557100) have the network issue, your technician and service centre confirmed it, we have raise the refund / replacement but you and employee where playing hide and seek. till time nothing is happening.
2- The second mobile phone Infinix Hot 20 (OD427062456293107100) have the charger issue , its charger got short circuit when it use for charging, same here technician visit done and replacement/ refund is cancel.
both set are lying with me ,and nothing happen.
its about half of the month passed, but no action is taken from your end.
pls do the needful.
i have attached the invoice and screen shot of the same.
