Dear Sir, / Madam,
I am writing this mail after frustrating from Airtel service. I have been calling and following from more than three months and still waiting for resolution.
The problem is with the network, almost all the time my cells are not reachable due to no coverage and I’m not able to use my data indoor.
Some time I need run around to get the signal outside.
I have been using Airtel from kore than 10years and u guys not even proper response nowadays .
What the shit customer care and customer service you guys are providing
