Airtel staff has no knoweldge and experience about the technical issue. I am facing network issue from past 2 months. Many times I called their toll free no. But they didn’t give me satisfactory answer. And they couldn’t resolve my issues. They are illiterate person. I always paid the bill on time. But they didn’t give me good network. Airtel staff always passing ball one to another. But would not solve the problem. I m really dissatisfied and disappointed with their staff and network. This is very cheap company with cheap staff.
