I’m a customer of Airtel black for almost 2 years and consistently raise complaint regarding the network issue. Always I get the dates stating that the fault will be fixed. However, I still have the same issue. Apart from that I was promised a proper fibre connection but they’ve installed copper wire. When I ask about it they say it’s ‘V Fiber’ and I get the message from customer service stating that the complainant raised is regarding xstream fibre. I feel it’s a complete miss sell. Mobile data is also worst and the calling network is also not so good
