Dear Team,
I complaint about your network issue in my area on
26/02/2022 but without any solution your executive send that complaint in complete status. In my area your network tower ? is located arround 2km away from my home but the network and internet is too poor. The reason behind that when the electricity is gone the tower manager didn’t start the generator to start the tower , they sale the oil of generator to the local market. The attachment of service request , network , and the tower location attached. Please check.
