From past one year I am facing internet issue I had raised complaint many times still my problem has not been resolved at . They will tell me to wait for 1 or 2 months. If I did not call u up customer care between those 2 months they will cancel my complaint because the customer didn’t give any feed back regarding the complaint. I had written mail to your nordel officer on 9th December 2020 (prithvirajprithvi15@gmail.com) he had given me a time line of 24 hours after that had again written a mail that my problem had not resolved I did not get a single reply from them the complaint was registered on 19 October 2020 for the first time. If my problems is not get resolved with 24 hours will file a consumer complaint against u people on
