Hi Team,
This is regarding a Network issue raised on 15th September.
Last week i shifted to a new place, the following is the address to the new place. ” SLV Lake View Apartments, flat no 216, 2nd floor, Baba Nagar, Kattigennahalli Bangalore 560064 ”
The Network fluctuation, weak signals & no signals interior. This is causing a major issue during WFH and I’m an Airtel Black customer and other connected connections are also facing a tremendous problem due to bad signals.
I sincerely request you to please get this Network issue fixed ASAP…. JIO works perfectly fine in the same place.
Kindly let me know how soon this issue can be resolved.
Also, let me know incase if this takes a longer time, at least I can switch to other better services as this is hampering the work in a big way.
I look forward to the resolution at the earliest.
