For past one week I am facing serious network issue at my place. Most of the time call gets dropped or it results in a cross connection. This is surprising that in 21st century cross connection takes place. Earlier I thought may be it’s only my home where I am facing the issue but when I went to open area the issue remained the same. I have a prepaid connection and I paid for the whole year and now I can’t move onto another network.
Kindly, request airtel to resolve the issue at the earliest. This is the complaint number (clcnf3blr20210705324991) that i registered with Airtel.
