Dear Team,
I am facing problem with Vodafone Idea Network since last 1 month at my house (Details already provided). I have raised complaints multiple times but still your team is not able to resolve the issue.
So I want to escalate it to higher management to look into the matter.
Complain ID’s: C0004-116386310349, C0004-116282307516, C0004-114852628079
Other than VI, I am also using network for BSNL, Airtel, JIO and having no problem whatsoever but in VI(Owning the 3 network phones since 6 years) not getting network properly at my home. All my recharges are getting wasted for VI.
Request you to take it on top priority and provide the solution.
