Dear team of consumer complaint court
I’m living in a village Nagaram where we won’t get proper network access of airtel we have been raised a complaint to airtel a several times there is no response from airtel till now
If we want to speak on phones we have to search area where network is available
We stay near by city name Parkal its 4 kilometers away even though we won’t get network properly
In our village more than 1500 people are using airtel network
If service provider install airtel tower in our area its very helpful for us
Since our governments made a rule that every students should attend online classes because of corona pandemic but most of our village students unable to attend online classes due to network issues even if we like to attend classes on TV we won’t have electricity supply properly
