Unable to make calls. I need to come out of house to even talk on phone. Unable to use internet. I have complaint which is still pending for resolution from past 6 months. Customer service dont follow up. They keep closing complaint. When I ask for waiver they don’t pass the waiver. Escalation team is not helpful. They ask me to contact nodal which doesn’t even respond. They are not even allowing me disconnect my number. I have got 5 numbers and I am fedup with Airtel and want to move out.
Airtel is saying they are fastest 4G providers and bloody hell I find difficulty in downloading a file which is less than 100kb
