hi, airtel network is not working suddenly. went to the nearest customer care. they are not at all helpful. I informed that this number is my official number and need to get that number. but they suggested me to go and change your number everywhere. they didnt even try. very bad customer service. you people everyday call us for different reason and send all of msgs. but when we really need help that time you are not co-operate with customer. unexpected behaviour.
