My Airtel sim is not receiving any signals in International Roaming even after recharging my sim for international roaming twice. I have complaint about this on Twitter also and there was a follow-up also from the Airtel team. They asked for screenshot of the network in the mobile device. I provided all the necessary snapshots asked by Airtel team but still the issue is not resolved.
I need my Airtel number in working condition as the same number is linked to all the important govt identifications. It is already been a month that I have suffered because of this and i want Airtel to do anything to switch on my sim.
