Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that in my area the airtel network is very poor.
In my location their is a need of installation of new tower as discussed with sonbhadra Assistant manager in past also but no action yet been taken till now, such a low level of service providing by airtel.
Sonbhadra Assistant manager said that he will took action about this matter but no reponse get till today. Such a disgrace service never aspected from airtel.
I request you to please fullfill the tower requirement as their is very low network in my area.
Airtel team is not responding to any problem query facing by customer what it mean to put an ad of tv about solving problem of customer stop fooling people.
