HI Team,
Myself Ajith Kumar, I was living the centre city of Bangalore since 2010. I have been using airtel from 2010. Since then, the network issue is started notice from 2016 onwards.
I have been facing Network issues with Airtel Network especially in Data connectivity ( problem is : whenever I tried to browse any sites or watch youtube, it will redirect to one.airetl.in) and also I have raised so many services request for the same. None of the customer engineer is not provided any progress on that. I have visited multiple airtel show room and they have verified my handset doesn`t have any problem while checking with another airtel SIM as well. But the customer care engineer updated that the network team found the issues and they are working on this. I don`t know what the F**K they have founded and what the hell they are doing for that progress.
I hope you understand how many frustration I had with this to write such an email to Airtel and get a reply for this.
I will wait till next to get any update on this or if nothing helps the only option left would be to change or port the number.
Thanks for giving a worst experience in my life ever by Airtel.
