I have raised an complaint with Airtel on 31st July for internet issues. complaint I’d (C4GSP3BLR20220731435519) & there was no response for more than 2weeks so emailed to nodalofficer.kk@in.airtel.com about my issue multiple times but there is no resolution provided till today(20th sep) but the complaint I’d is closed on 8th sep without any update & solution.
I have 5+ connection of Airtel prepaid services & using this for more than decade.
Airtel doesn’t care about the customers issue.
Worst customer care experience which is making me to switch to other service provider.
