About 1 month ago, in my area network was stable. But, one day network team done some upgradation my area’s tower. From that day, I am facing network fluctuations in my area very badly. Cell ID changing very quickly. Network signal also unstable. Not receiving full network signal even the nearest airtel site distance is about an half KM from my home. I got 11, 17 & 31 cell ID now. Rarely I got Cell ID 21. After few minutes, the cell ID automatically changing to 11, 17,31. Earlier it was only one which is 21. And this 21 Cell ID is very stable and speedy also with download and upload. After the upgradation the Cell ID appears in my mobile all 3 numbers(11,17,31), which is very unstable. Very quickly cell id changing, that’s why I am facing ping issue while playing online game like PUBG. I request you to restore the earlier settings in my area’s tower, which cell Id is 21. Please respond my problem, please.
