We are facing a major problem of Network fluctuation and internet connectivity issue (Airtel Operator). Although, Airtel claims to offer the so called best 4G Network in operator category. Airtel Operator tower is installed very close to our area but the network strength and stability is very weak. Every month we recharge the costly packs just for the services but it is not worthy. So many times we complained on Airtel Thanks app. They always raise an EnquiryTicket and ask us to wait for 5-7 days. But after 5-7 days they never sent even a message about resolution about that complaint and the raised EnquiryTickets are also disappeared from the Airtel Thanks Application. Please Look into the matter ASAP.
