Hello,
I been using tata fibre internet for last 2 months from Bangalore. Im not getting a proper flow of internet from the day i took the connection. Whenever the internet disconnects i will try local technicians and they not even picking up the call. Two weeks ago i faced another incident that i didn’t get the network for consecutive of 4 days. The technician they are not picking up the call or resolving the issue and now, again the net disconnected last day which is Friday morning now its Saturday almost 4 in the evening and surprisingly its not been fixed the issue. Its clear case of cheating the customer. Kindly do some action towards this please.
