I was facing some problems with network, so I visited airtel office near my area. They asked me to change plan and update to Platinum Service and the issue will get solved. But after that, my network was working fair hardly for 1 month then again error started. I called customer service and the registered a complaint, and closed it without solving it. Then I’ve registered a complaint again.
