I am having problem with network i have done recharge and I have extra 50 GB unlimited recharge too despite that I cannot video call or watch Netflix without my network dropping, even my whatsapp does not work when network drops. I tried finding complaint on airtel app but they closed off my complaint without contacting me or resolving my issue. I also called 198 and I typed the number the automated voice machine asked me to but it didn’t register my complaint. I tried many times to contact their customer service but they have left no place for redress. It has caused me great distress in already hard times.
