From last few weeks there has been network drop in my area (Ashiana Road, Patna – 800025)
Also the internet is getting disconnected in every 1-1.5 hours for 30-40 seconds which leads to drop off from any office call.
My plan is of Rs.598 which provides Unlimited call and 1.5 Gb data / per day for 84 days but it looks like it is not at all worth it.
Please note: I am using Airtel from last 8 years and it was my worst experience it must say. I have tried reaching Airtel via email I did not found correct email on there website. I called on 121, for god’s sake if you are able to raise a ticket please tell HOW? There advertisement shows zero ticket, surely they reach because its just so difficult to raise a ticket.
Kindly look into it as soon as possible and please ask them to mention a proper email ID on there website on opening page.
