Hi,
I am a user of Airtel, 2 days ago I have received a message : ” Hi, due to a technical issue at our end, your mobile services may temporarily get affected in Tilak Nagar. This is not the experience we want you to have. Rest assured, we are on the job to rectify the issue at the earliest – Team Airtel”. Still the network is down I couldn’t call or receive calls and couldn’t use mobile data too. I called airtel customer, all the calls connected to a bot. I couldn’t find the branch manager number to complain.
