we had already intimated reliance jio 3 times that our internet connection does not ork in last 8 months.. today i made a recharge and still its the same. i asked jio to make the refund as the recharge is just done 10 minutes ago as the network does not work.. but they say us that there is no such provision.. what if something is sold in the market which doesn’t work?
